**The Role**
As a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet our high standards. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances and RTV equipment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the way our customers perceive our brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality metrics.
