You'll be responsible for educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices, and for advocating on their behalf to resolve complex issues. You'll also have the opportunity to attend the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA), which provides paid training, study time, and support to help you obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels * Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices * Advocate on behalf of clients to resolve complex issues and provide the best possible solution * Attend the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA) to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in the market and business **Essential Qualifications** * Ability to work full-time on-site during the arenaflex training program (ASA), followed by a hybrid work schedule * Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business * Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry * Passion for serving others and making a positive impact on people's lives **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience * Previous client relationship experience * Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university * Ability to navigate multiple computer applications * Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills * Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team **What's in it for you?** At arenaflex, we're committed to empowering our employees' personal and professional success.
