About the Role: Fiber Customer Support Analyst

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Fios customers, providing exceptional technical support for their voice, data, and video services. This is a remote position based within 75 miles of the reporting location, offering you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a collaborative and supportive team.
