**Key Responsibilities**
As a Facebook Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

* Assist in creating and scheduling posts, polls, and other engaging content to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
* Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer service issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
* Maintain customer data confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Customer Service role is preferred, but not required.
* Proficiency with Facebook business tools (Pages, Messenger, etc.) and a strong understanding of social media trends and customer engagement strategies.
