* Document customer interactions and update records in our database, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

**Requirements:**

* Proficiency in chat software and technology, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred, with a focus on customer service, communication, or a related field.

**Available Shifts and Compensation:**
