**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting data warehouse initiatives. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* **Manage Data**: Own the master data set and all that it contains. Review and report all findings to appropriate parties. Explain the testing of data and the ability to import and process anything confidential according to the guidelines given. Create reports for the customer and internal users that can provide clarity trends as well as areas for improvement.
* **Support Data**: Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements as well as initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Make recommendations for improvements and suggest ways to generate sales of our existing products by analyzing all trends. Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations.
* **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand the objectives of the organization and prioritize any requirements.
* **Develop Reports and Visualizations**: Create reports and visualizations that provide clarity on trends and areas for improvement.
* **Analyze Data**: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
* **Communicate Effectively**: Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field**: A degree in a quantitative field is essential for this role.
* **1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a related field**: Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques is essential.
* **Ability to understand business needs and relay into easy-to-understand, non-technical language**: You'll need to be able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* **High-level written and verbal communication skills**: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: You'll need to be able to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.

**Preferred Qualifications**
