**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a critical role in onboarding and supporting our delivery professionals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with drivers via text, chat, and email. **Responsibilities**
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Review Applications and Documents**: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
* **Conduct Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections**: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided).
* **Communicate with Drivers**: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
* **Order Background Checks**: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
**Experience and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Associate's Degree or Above**: An associate's degree or higher in a related field (such as business, human resources, or communications) is preferred but not required.
* **1-2 Years of Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
* **Strong Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately.
* **Self-Motivation and Independence**: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* **Task Prioritization**: Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
* **Technical Skills**: Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications.

**Benefits and Compensation**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on the candidate's skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
