**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to support our delivery professionals in getting from sign-up to activation as quickly as possible. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with drivers via text, chat, and email. **Responsibilities**
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* **Review Applications and Documents**: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
* **Conduct Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections**: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided).
* **Communicate with Drivers**: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
* **Order Background Checks**: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
**Experience and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Associate's Degree or Above**: An associate's degree or above is preferred, but not required.
* **1-2 Years of Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
* **Strong Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* **Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks**: Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
* **Tech-Savviness**: Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications.

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll receive:
* **Competitive Salary**: A competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on your skills, education, and experience.
