**About the Role**
As a Digital Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chat, email, and phone to provide exceptional customer service and support. You'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers through inbound chats in a timely manner, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues quickly and effectively.
* Assisting customers in identifying RVs that may fit their needs, providing them with expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the perfect RV for their lifestyle.
* Improving customer experience by supporting and encouraging their decision to participate in the RV community, providing them with valuable insights and recommendations to enhance their outdoor adventures.
* Scheduling RV sales appointments with our customers to meet with our dealership specialists and tracking in our CRM, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
* Assisting in maintaining brand consistency by directing customers to brand-specific resources, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
* Constantly achieving established performance goals of the position, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and other key performance indicators.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A commitment to customer experience and providing the best support for first-time and long-time campers, RV enthusiasts, and outdoor enthusiasts.
* Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
* Strong work ethic, with the ability to act independently, be self-motivated, and work within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
* Strong written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
* PC keyboarding and internet experience, with a typing speed of > 55 WPM.
* Ability and desire to learn about the RV & Outdoor industries, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and services.
* Past professional experience and accomplished employment history, with a strong track record of customer service and sales experience.
* Ability to effectively communicate via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
* Adaptable to constantly changing environments, with a flexible and positive attitude.
* High school diploma or equivalent, and/or 2 years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience.
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
