Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to provide exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth. **Job Summary** As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing premium service and building relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. If you're a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence * Assist customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information * Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including chat software and social media * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Previous experience in the footwear industry or a related field * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including chat software and social media * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
