**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry/Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Onboarding clients to our platform, processing plan configurations and renewals with a 98.5% or higher success rate
* Identifying trends and proactively addressing issues to ensure clients are taking advantage of best practice solutions
* Enrolling employees via EDI or manually to our platform
* Providing service to employers in processing eligibility updates, including new hires, changes, and employee terminations
* Processing employer updates, including plan and funding, participant card, and claim escalations
* Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving client, plan, or customer escalations within a 3-5-day window
* Identifying gaps in existing processes and working with leadership to make recommendations, build solutions, and execute process improvement
* Gathering and documenting desired output from employers and their representatives, configuring employer and settings selected in required platforms
* Developing and continuously iterating best practices, providing suggestions and documentation for collateral and feedback
* Capturing all employer information and inputting it into systems with a high degree of accuracy
**Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
* 1+ years of experience working with employer groups is preferred
* 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products, such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc., whether at an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution is preferred
