**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
* Processing trade buy and sell transactions in client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer representatives
* Handling Business Action Celebrations, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing returns
* Conducting research on complex and escalated problems, testing and validating new technology enhancements and supplier adjustments
* Performing tasks in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Activities that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in trade and transfer operations
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
* Familiarity with tax programming and coding
* Experience with process improvement initiatives and technology enhancements
* Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
