**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for managing job postings on various portals, evaluating candidate applications, and proposing new alternatives to improve our recruitment processes. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
* Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidate applications
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless recruitment processes
**What We're Looking For**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
