**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail
* Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to our clients
* Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using Excel and MS Access
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and exceptional client support
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience working on a data operations team, with a strong background in data analysis
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Access, with the ability to develop complex spreadsheets and databases
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with data quality and data governance, with a strong understanding of data management policies and procedures
* Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
