**Job Details:**
* **Job Type:** Part-time, regular status position (20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 4 hours/day)
* **Wage:** $18.00/hour

**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry:** Enter client personal data, services, and other relevant information into various databases, including Case Worthy, CDS, and Easy Recruiter.
* **Database Management:** Search databases as needed, review intake forms for completeness, and update data systems with changes.
* **Collaboration:** Work with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation.
* **Administrative Support:** Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, handling cash receipts, donations, postage, and petty cash.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Language Skills:** Read and comprehend basic instructions and present information to others.
* **Mathematical/Money Handling Skills:** Basic counting skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing simple numbers.
* **Computer Skills:** 55 wpm computer keyboard required, 10-keystrokes per minute data entry required, and display competency.
* **Specialized Office Equipment:** Operate/program fax machine to send or receive documents, operate/program copy machine, and operate copier/scanner.
* **Computer Software and Operating Systems:** Utilize computer spreadsheet (Excel) to input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data; utilize computer word processing (Word) to input, format, and edit documents and save, print, or transmit documents; utilize computer databases to create data files, input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data; utilize internet/e-mail to access, compose, send, retrieve, save, print, or transmit documents, or data files or electronic communication; and operate personal computer with Windows operating system to start programs, input, format, and edit data files and print or transmit data.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Experience:** Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
