**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations by accurately and efficiently entering patient and prescription data into our systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter patient and prescription data into our systems
* Verify patient and prescription information to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Collaborate with pharmacy team members to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless communication
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance data entry skills and knowledge
* Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Familiarity with pharmacy operations and terminology a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting
* Previous experience with arenaflex or a related company
* Strong math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Familiarity with inventory management and control procedures
* Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) or equivalent a plus
