**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to our stakeholders. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Design and develop reports for internal clients
* Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
* Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
* Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
* Database languages, such as Transact SQL
* Database knowledge, such as MS SQL Server
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database knowledge, such as Hadoop, Oracle
* Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
