**Job Summary**
As a Medical Records Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records. You'll work closely with our field care teams to review medical records, code clinical data using standard classification systems, and transmit medical records to provider offices, health system partners, and other clinical entities. **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct data entry tasks from various sources into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the entered data
* Review and verify information to ensure data consistency and quality
* Uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive information, maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
* Participate in data cleanup and validation activities, identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with provider offices, health system partners, and other clinical entities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus
* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, with a commitment to quality and excellence
* Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
