**Job Summary:**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies, correcting records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records
* Resolve discrepancies and errors in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple regions and stakeholders
* Reconcile eligibility records among systems, identifying and resolving errors and inconsistencies
* Monitor and track records, ensuring timely and accurate updates
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver high-quality results
* Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record-keeping
* Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and regulations
* Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related data
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
* Familiarity with data management systems and software
