**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team as a Client Support and Operations Agent. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client support, handling various tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional client support to individuals traveling, using freight or luggage services, and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
* Handle various tasks, including tagging and registration, using an automated retail location system, boarding, luggage handling, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints
* Manage cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions
* Inspect luggage and freight, answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist on a case-by-case basis
* Manage oversold clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve such issues quickly and in accordance with established company rules
* Provide current and accurate information, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure data, and answer general inquiries from clients and other guests at the airport
* Complete forms and reports as required by the company
* Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
* Perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
* Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines
* Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
* Ability to complete the Client Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
* Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed
* Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft
* Ability to give a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Activities Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
* Ability to perform all job capabilities within a limited space
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public location systems effectively
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Ability to convey information and directions verbally or via radio equipment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a customer-facing role or data entry position
* Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
* Familiarity with automated retail location systems and other software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Education and Experience:**
* No formal education requirement

**Certifications and Licenses:**
* Ability to obtain a SIDA identification and meet all local airport requirements
* May be required by Station Initiative to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements to work international flights
**Physical Demands:**
* Ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds consistently and frequently lift or move loads of 40 to 50 pounds onto raised surfaces
* Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and stand consistently and for extended periods
* Ability to wear approved attire
**Other Requirements:**
* Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as portrayed in established rules
* Must be a U.S. citizen or have approval to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Ability to follow Company participation norms as depicted in established rules
* Ability to work shift work and overtime
* Unknown language abilities are desirable but not required
