**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams to propose new alternatives for candidate identification, analyze professional profiles, and evaluate candidates who apply to our job postings. **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with our multicultural teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* 1+ year of previous work experience (although not required, it's a plus)
* Advanced English language proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
