You'll work closely with various teams across the company to resolve issues, correct records, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex enrollment package records
* Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple teams across the company
* Identify and correct errors in various reports, reconciling eligibility records between systems
* Monitor and track records, ensuring timely and accurate updates
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and provide green resolutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving
* Strong understanding of healthcare industry principles and practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* Excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the healthcare industry
* Advanced education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis
