Onboarding and Training Schedule
To ensure a smooth transition into the role, we have designed a comprehensive onboarding and training program. The schedule includes:
- Remote orientation on Friday, October 3rd from 9am-2pm, where you will get to know our team and learn about our company culture.
- Onsite classroom-style training, Monday-Friday 8am-2:30pm for 3-4 weeks, where you will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
After completing the training program, you will be scheduled to work Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm and every other Saturday. Please note that overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week, and we appreciate your flexibility in this regard.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Data Entry Operator II at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Logging into a computer and accessing work queues to review computer images of documents and code documents using an established list of codes.
- Verifying, if required, whether previously extracted information is correct and making corrections to previously extracted information as needed.
- Adjusting orientation or lighting of documents to ensure accurate data entry.
- Referencing work instructions as needed to maintain high-quality standards.
- Attending mandatory meetings and trainings, working scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and performing other duties as assigned per business needs.
We expect our Data Entry Operator II to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity in their work. You will be required to maintain confidential information and adhere to our company's security protocols.
Qualification Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Able to maintain confidential information and adhere to our company's security protocols.
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using computer applications.
- Able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour, with high accuracy and speed.
