**Job Summary**
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for:
* Processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
* Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data
* Working as a team member, but also independently at times with limited direction
* Adapting to a fast-paced environment and meeting stringent schedules and timelines
* Maintaining flexibility and/or working overtime as needed
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and transactions
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures, and adapt to new systems and technologies
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field
* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy
* Ability to work independently with limited direction
* Successful at working in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work overtime as needed
