**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Editor to join our Production Department on a contract basis. As a Data Entry Editor, you'll be responsible for verifying mined data points are accurately placed in resident profiles and ensuring all Quality of Life metrics are represented in line with the resident's intentions. You'll work closely with our Production Manager to ensure that all person-centered data created is ready for use within our Minerva platform and corresponding arenaflex tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Editor, you'll be responsible for:
* Cross-checking data mining of written or verbal interviews to ensure accuracy in resident profiles and stories
* Logging accurate time for each ticket to maintain turnaround times standards
* Maintaining a maximum of 3 hours per audio hour for audio ticket turnaround and 0.5 hours per profile upload for paper ticket turnaround
* Ensuring a quality error rate of less than 5 per month
* Adhering to arenaflex person-centered data entry standards and formatting guidelines
* Following all Production Department established processes and procedures
* Participating in Weekly Editor Meeting and assigned training sessions
* Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to Protected Health Information
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Perfect English grammar and exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to focus and perform time-based tasks
* Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote work environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex issues
* Basic professional communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent typing skills
* Moderate to high comfort with technology, including messaging, video conferencing, workflow, and database tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of data entry experience
* Spanish language proficiency
