**Job Summary:**
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing new business leads, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our facilities and teams to ensure timely and effective communication, while upholding the highest standards of quality and care. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide customers with facility-related information via telephone conversations, ensuring accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
* Process new business leads promptly in our referral management system, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring seamless communication with our facilities.
* Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads, providing regular updates and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Hold yourself accountable for results, demonstrating a sense of urgency when processing leads and meeting deadlines.
* Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge, adhering to our data entry expectation list and ensuring the highest standards of quality and care.
* Develop knowledge of different payer types across various levels of senior care, including insurance benefits and verification processes.
* Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers and facilities.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales is preferred, but not required.
* Experience with verifying insurance benefits is also preferred, but not essential.

* Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and facilities.
