**Job Summary**
We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
* **Data Entry**: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Data Management**: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
* **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
* **Account Management**: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process.
* **Reconciliation**: Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
* **Additional Duties**: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis and reporting.
**Required Skills and Abilities**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
* **Data Entry Software**: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
* **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity.
* **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**
