* Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
* Demonstrate a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the given subjects

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Must have access to fast and reliable internet connection

* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
