As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, data management, and report generation. * Handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. * Assisting in compiling data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records. * Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's data security policies. * Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management. **Required Skills & Experience** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience: * High school degree or equivalent. * Proven experience as a data entry clerk, preferably in a remote work environment. * Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed. * Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications. * Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices. * Basic understanding of databases and data management principles. * Good command of English, both oral and written, and excellent customer service skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. **Preferred Skills & Experience** While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: * Knowledge of touch typing systems and techniques. * Experience with data entry software and applications, such as data entry software, CRM systems, or ERP systems. * Familiarity with arenaflex's software applications and systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts. **Equipment Specifications** To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following equipment specifications: * Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams/Outlook open on both screens. * Keyboard with a 10-key number pad. * Windows 10 or 11 operating system. * ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher. * Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred). * Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution. * No Chromebook or MacBook. * Web camera for Teams meetings. * Headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. arenaflex values work-life balance and offers a range of benefits and perks to support your well-being and success.
