You'll be responsible for handling multiple projects, compiling data, and generating reports. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, data compilation, and report generation. * Handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and data management. * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management. **Required Skills & Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent. * Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. * Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed. * Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel. * Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices. * Basic understanding of databases and data management principles. * Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry. **Preferred Skills & Experience** While not required, the following skills and experience would be an asset in this role: * Knowledge of touch typing systems and techniques. * Experience with data entry software and tools, such as data entry software and database management systems. * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes. **Equipment Specifications** To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following equipment specifications: * Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams/Outlook open on both screens. * A keyboard with a 10-key number pad. * Windows 10 or 11 operating system. * An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher. * A minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred). * A laptop that can run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution (laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor). * No Chromebook or MacBook. * A web camera for Teams meetings. * A headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls. **Work Environment & Culture** As a remote team member at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time.
