**About the Role**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for managing job postings on various portals, evaluating candidate applications, and analyzing professional profiles to find the best fit for our open positions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
* Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidate applications
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* 1+ year of previous work experience (entry-level candidates with relevant skills and education are also encouraged to apply)
* Advanced English language proficiency (written and verbal)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
