As a remote employee, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values flexibility, work-life balance, and continuous learning. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Processing claims online portal tickets, including account creation, registration, and resolution of issues * Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day using ServiceNow and CyberArk * Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients * Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless account creation experiences * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports **Schedule and Training:** The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm.
