**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Processing claims online portal tickets, including account creation, registration, and resolution of issues
* Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
* Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless account creation experiences
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
**Schedule and Training:**
The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. Training will last for the first 3 weeks of the assignment, starting at 6am daily.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* 2+ years of Account Creation experience
* 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience
* Healthcare Experience
* Ability to learn quickly
* Detail Oriented
* High school diploma
**Nice to Have Skills and Experience:**
* ServiceNow / CyberArk experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
