**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
* Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different systems
* Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
* Dedicated high-speed internet with upload and download speeds of 10 MBPS and 25 MBPS, respectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using proper language, tone, and expression
* Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
* Embracing a diverse set of individuals, perspectives, and styles
* Reliably prioritizing health and safety, of self and others
