**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's operations by providing document review and data entry services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Capturing and validating complex data, often requiring attention to detail and analytical skills
* Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
* Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy formats for processing
* Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
* Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
* Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
* Proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
