Job Summary

As a data entry and strategy consultant, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, providing insights, and developing strategies to improve performance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of trends to support the development of new strategies, policies, and reports
- Improve and share knowledge of data tools with other teams within the organization
- Leverage technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and business data to provide answers to business requests
- Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings
- Develop and improve models and strategies to support their implementation
- Facilitate and share technical guidance on ideas and topics with teams across the organization
- Conduct analysis using optimization and simulation tools to create and examine scenarios, providing insights into how different factors perform
- Utilize appropriate data management tactics that include privacy standards
- Perform other related duties as directed by your leaders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Advanced level experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in providing insights to senior leaders
- Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL)
- Highly detail-oriented and skilled in taking initiative, demonstrating ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with little supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach data, tools, and business concepts to junior team members
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:
- Experience in network planning or airline operations
- Knowledge of Alteryx or other data manipulation software
