**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our legal operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our firm's database, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and consistency.
* Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
* Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that our team can quickly locate and access the information they need.
* Assisting with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team, providing valuable insights and supporting informed decision-making.
* Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.
* Managing and prioritizing multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
