**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Perception Chief to join our North America Computerized Administrations group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for examining, deciphering, and making significant representations of information to empower our partners to make informed decisions. You will work closely with our Information and Examination Leads, Item Supervisors, and OU colleagues to understand partner needs and create substantial information items.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret large volumes of data from various sources, including internal and external data sources such as Nielsen, commercial market, performance, volume, and revenue.
* Create data visualizations and reports using PowerBI and other tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, datasets, and models to support business decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
* Conduct business and data analysis to evaluate performance and guide methodology, ensuring that data plays a critical role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning.
* Identify additional value of analysis by promoting data and insights to enable and drive adoption of self-service analysis in organization-wide capabilities.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
* Strong experience with data visualization tools, including PowerBI.
* Ability to create clear and concise insights from complex data.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business or related field.
* Experience working with agile methodologies and iterative development.
* Strong knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
* Experience with data mining and predictive analytics.
* Certification in data analysis or business intelligence.
