**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content engagement. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content delivery
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve content commitment and maintenance
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in data visualization and communication, with a strong ability to tell compelling data stories
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
