**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation, content group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve content engagement and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
* Collaborate with our content team to develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
* Provide ad-hoc data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
