**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop and validate complex queries, and create actionable insights through reporting answers. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating data needs, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal partners and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Translate results and make recommendations to business areas based on findings
* Design and develop packages for internal clients
* Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Turn data into actionable insights through reporting answers
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Required Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
