**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing and executing data-driven projects to inform business decisions, leveraging a wide range of data sources and analytical tools
* Developing and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and insights
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement data-driven strategies
* Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering high-impact data-driven projects and insights
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, and statistical software
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
