**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst and Online Chat Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining coverage to support business processes and data-driven decision making
* Creating and executing ad-hoc coverage to address business needs and improve data quality
* Designing and implementing data visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights and trends
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop reports, and obtain sign-offs
* Automating business processes and improving exception-based reporting
* Partnering with IT and data scientists to discover, analyze, and integrate new data sources
* Evaluating large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights
* Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
* Researching and remediating data errors
* Participating in the Data Governance program to maintain data integrity and quality
* Analyzing and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis and reporting
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations
* Strong data modeling skills using star schema or other procedures
* Experience with statistical analysis and data mining
* Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries
* Experience with data governance and data quality management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Smartsheets and other project management tools
* Strong problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
* Familiarity with data storytelling principles and data visualization best practices
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
* Certification in data analysis, data science, or related field
