As a leading innovator in the industry, we're seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group. This team plays a critical role in supporting the arenaflex Pack, comprising Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, in a single, unified platform. This drive is essential to the expansion of arenaflex's real-time features in the US.
Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven choices. We aim to better understand Pack patterns supporters, and customer behavior end-to-end by offering support across experimentation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, the Data Analyst will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack growth but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, assisting in process improvement. We're looking for someone who has a passion for using large datasets to tackle complex business challenges!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful solutions to address these questions
* Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel
* Perform in-depth pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle
* Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth
* Work with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
* Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
* Ability to manage large datasets, interpret data patterns, and utilize a multitude of different data sources and tools
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
* Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals
* Capacity to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
* Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
* Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing space
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+
