**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional client care and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Accurately process customs documentation, including import and export shipments, using various systems and reference materials
* Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs laws and procedures
* Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of shipments
* Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as needed
* Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed and maintained
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
* Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software applications
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation
