As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll be part of a global team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving business success. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customs Trade Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing impeccable client care and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries * Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs * Handling and processing different import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government organizations (PGAs) * Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements * Adhering to all international importing and exporting regulations * Working closely with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations * Processing organizational financier shipments and handling distant filings as needed * Ensuring adherence to all service and operational standards **Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration) * No prior industry experience is required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, with experience in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work * Capacity to utilize various systems and reference materials, collaborate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government organizations, and internal staff at all levels **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * HS Certificate or GED * Industry experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field * Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures * Experience working with various software systems and reference materials * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Capacity to adapt to changing regulations and procedures * Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
