We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of client queries * Accurately processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs * Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government agencies (PGAs) * Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements * Adhering to all international importing and exporting regulations * Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations * Processing organizational financier shipments * Managing distant filings and ensuring all service and organizational strategies are followed * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration) * No prior industry experience is required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills * Required skills and software: + MS Office + Viewpoint + Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Capacity to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines * Ability to utilize various systems and reference materials * Collaborative and customer-focused attitude **Preferred Qualifications:** * HS Certificate or GED * Industry experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field * Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Benefits and Perks:** * Competitive hourly rate of $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive remote work environment * Paid training and professional development programs * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
