We help companies engage with workers in all 50 US states and Canada by managing their back-office functions, including payroll, taxes, insurance, benefits, contracts, and day-to-day HR matters. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and their workforce, and we're committed to making a positive impact in the industry. **The Role** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Experience Team as a Customer Support Specialist. This is a key role that requires a solutions-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our customers' and workforce's entire lifecycle, from onboard to offboard, responding to all inquiries, and delivering an exceptional and proactive service. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and produce solutions that meet our customers' and workforce's needs. * Employ a solutions-focused mindset to resolve incoming worker and client issues, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. * Deliver excellent customer service to our growing workforce and client base through timely, personable responses to incoming inquiries via phone and email. * Navigate our proprietary workforce management software and other vendor systems fluently, utilizing the information housed by these to support incoming queries. * Represent the company's tone of voice and core values in every interaction internally and externally, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience. * Demonstrate understanding of the wider business and industry, establishing yourself as an expert in employment services both internally and externally. * Work collaboratively with all departments to provide a seamless experience to both workers and clients, contributing materially to ideas to improve processes. * Contribute to internal company culture by employing a team-first mindset, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. **About You** * You're looking for a fully remote position that offers flexibility and work-life balance. * You have over 2 years of experience in an Administration or Customer Success (CS) position, ideally in the HR/Staffing industry or with a SaaS company. * You have experience working with CS ticketing systems and are proficient in navigating multiple software systems. * You're a people person with engaging written and spoken communication skills, comfortable handling even challenging conversations with a positive, empathetic, and calm approach. * You have a high attention to detail, ensuring every interaction and input matters. * You're a resourceful learner, a critical thinker, solutions-focused, and can explain complex terms simply. **What We Offer** * Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. * A fully remote role that requires an adequate and reliable internet connection (ideally with a minimum of 50mbps/50mbps) and a workspace/office set-up that is fully-functioning, with minimal background disruptions. * A competitive salary range of $43,888 - $45,000.00 per year, depending on experience. * A generous PTO policy, including 10 days' vacation time + 1-week sick/personal time off to be taken at your discretion. * Contribution towards medical care with elective options for dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on employee empowerment and ownership. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to join a company that's making a real difference in the industry, we'd love to hear from you!
