With a presence in over 130 locations worldwide and support for customers in 16 languages, we're a team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of millions of customers every day. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard. * Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions. * Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome. * Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information to provide accurate answers. * Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that urgent or complex issues are addressed promptly. * Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times. * Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues, helping us to continually improve our products and services. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and team members. * Time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. * Self-motivation, with the ability to stay focused and motivated in a home-based work environment. * Adaptability, with the ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures, as well as stay up-to-date with new software and tools. * Customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to help customers feel heard and valued. * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, analyze information, and provide creative solutions to help customers resolve their issues. * Technical skills, with comfort using various software applications, such as chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
