**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you will play a vital role in providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to provide efficient and satisfying solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Samsung.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
* Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)

* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

* Experience in technical support or a related field
* Knowledge of Samsung products and services
