With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional experiences. **The Role** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers via phone, ticket system, or messenger. You'll be working with a wide range of advanced Linux and AWS server management issues, using your critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical problems.
